The book does a wonderful job of combining simple yoga poses with beautiful mandala coloring pages.

My kids loved following Happi the lemur and doing the stretches, and then they were able to sit down and focus on the coloring. It's a great way to introduce mindfulness to children and help them find a moment of peace.

This is a beautifully illustrated activity book for kids (and adults too)! The drawings of Happi the Lemur doing various yoga poses are delightful. Everyone will no doubt be inspired to color in and create their own mandalas. Word searches and Find Happi searches (remember Where’s Waldo?) are also included.
